I am Kelsey

I was born in 1993 in St. Joseph, Missouri. I lived in a single mother home with two younger sisters and had to learn pretty early on how to be responsible and live for survival. I moved out at 16 years old and gave birth to my first and only daughter in 2011. In 2011, I also rekindled a friendship that would lead to a marriage and two sons. I have been happily partnered for 14 years and blissfully married for 8 years. Content with the simple life, my hobbies include hanging out with my lively family and caring for my chickens. Photography is more than a hobby for me. It's more of a way of life. My grandfather started my interest on cameras young and it was definitely a foreshadowing of the future I would choose in photography. I have had a camera in my hand since I was a child and creativity, and art have always been ingrained in a way I can easily understand. I am also thankful to use this blessing to bless others with keepsakes of timeless moments that are so sentimental. I am a Pisces, extremely sentimental, and if there is any goal at all at the end of my process, it's that the photos you receive mean the world to you.
